- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package, 1 oz, dry au jus seasoning
- 1 package, 1 oz, dry brown gravy mix
- 2-1/2 cups beef broth cornstarch slurry: 2 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
- 8 ounces, egg noodles, cooked and kept warm chopped fresh parsley

How To Cook Slow Cooker Beef With Noodles:
Add beef, onion, garlic powder, au jus, and brown gravy to a slow cooker and mix well. Add broth and cover. Heat on high for 4 hours, making sure mixture is boiling and bubbly. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the mixture.
Fold in prepared noodles and mix well. Serve immediately topped with chopped fresh parsley if desired. This recipe serves 4.
